We are hiring for an Analyst !! Please find the Job description.

Role: Mid-level / Junior level / Entry level

Location: New Jersey

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Authorization: GC GC EAD H4 EAD & USC.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and interpret data to identify trends patterns and insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel SQL and BI platforms
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
Create documentation and present findings to stakeholders
Assist with forecasting budgeting and strategic planning processes
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field
1 3 years of relevant experience in an analyst or data-focused role
Proficiency in Excel and at least one of the following: SQL Python R
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
