- Interaction with Customer cross fuctional departments for Equipment Capacity Planning.
- Short term & Long term capacity planning base on Sales Plan.
- Capacity Utilization analysis & discuss with concern depatments to increase OEE to improve capacity planning.
- Capex Budgeting Experience.
- Capex expense reduction strategy.
- Equipment Vendors Capacity judgement & allocation recommendation to avoid delays in Equipments Manuafcturing.
- Asset Management.
