Oversee multiple client engagements; planning executing directing and completing engagements in a wide variety of industries; and managing to budget with management support -
Manage day-to-day responsibilities of engagements to ensure high-quality services are delivered
Prepare or review financial statements notes schedules and management letters
Direct and perform research and support for projects with limited supervision
Assist manager in preparing budgets and commit to those budget and timelines adopted by the team
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service. Serve as a client contact on related matters
Recognize and resolve or elevate potential or existing problems with appropriate research and consulting as necessary
Consulting working with and servicing client base to make recommendations on business and process improvements. Serve as a business advisor to clients
Assist in the development and execution of departments various training programs
Set and monitor staff scheduling and workloads
Encourage the continuous technical and soft-skill development of staff by providing timely feedback on engagements
Participate in recruitment events

Required Experience:
Tech-savvy: Strong Excel and MS Suite skills; able to quickly learn new software programs
CPA or CPA track with 3 years of progressive CPA firm experience
