We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic high-level support to the CEO within a fast-paced dynamic environment. This role requires 10 years of experience supporting CEOs or C-level executives exceptional judgment and the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy.
This is not a traditional administrative role we need someone who can function as a true operational partner manage complex workflows and bring strong familiarity with U.S. business practices.
Provide proactive executive support including complex calendar management scheduling and professional correspondence.
Coordinate domestic and international travel ensuring deep awareness of airline policies ticketing rules and logistical details.
Serve as the point of contact for external partners clients and vendors.
Manage financial workflows such as expense categorization budget coordination and collaboration with external accountants.
Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials to support executive decision-making.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Anticipate needs set priorities and ensure the CEOs time is efficiently optimized.
Support business and personal ad hoc projects as required.
Oversee vendor communications scheduling and troubleshooting.
Categorize transactions from credit card statements.
Create templates and refine SOPs to streamline processes.
10 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or other C-level executive.
Proven ability to excel in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of travel logistics itinerary design and airline policies.
Experience managing financial coordination and liaising with external accounting teams.
Strong understanding of U.S. business practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in:
Google Workspace (Google Calendar Docs Sheets Drive etc.) proficient level minimum
Microsoft Office
Slack
Zoom

Process improvement skills including template creation and SOP refinement.
