Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in delivering training sessions in a variety of technical subjects as appropriate to IMS.
Be able to respond to a wide variety of learning and development functions including coaching and mentoring on the job for IMS
Experience in conducting training needs assessments prior to the planning and implementation of the general training schedule.
Maintain all relevant training materials.
Carrying out course monitoring and evaluation by ensuring the collection of completed participants course reports and completion of a training report at the end of each event.
Job Description
Convene and deliver training sessions in a variety of technical subjects as appropriate to IMS.
Most training sessions are to be based on existing curricula but as a trainer you would be responsible for creating new content based on requirements
Be able to respond to a wide variety of learning and development functions including coaching and mentoring on the job for IMS
Carry out course monitoring and evaluation by ensuring the collection of completed participants course reports and completion of a training report at the end of each event.
Any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager or the organization. Achievement Indicators
Training/facilitation is carried out in a professional and well organized manner.
All training is completed according to the established training schedule
Course reports and training data are maintained in a timely fashion and all monitoring and evaluation is followed through.
Support to the project staff is provided
Will be required to travel to other locations like Noida/Mumbai for trainings.
Please Note:-
We are looking at candidates with training experience in Oracle & SQL DBA and Windows.
The candidate should have extensive experience in providing training and should be working as a trainer.
