Job Summary
Mailroom Postage Clerk
2nd Shift Position
M-F 10:30am-7:00pm
Onsite/ Lexington KY
Pay:$15/hour
Were hiring for a Mailroom Postage Clerk! This is a hands-on onsite role where your primary responsibility will be scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately. Youll work in a structured team-oriented environment with on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize mail by type and destination
- Scanning mail
- Machine operation
- Use basic PC functions to track and manage mail items
- Navigate programs like Microsoft Teams and other internal tools
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (PC navigation using common software)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to lift 20 to 25lbs
- Ability to follow detailed sorting procedures
- Dependable organized and able to stay focused
- Candidates must be able to work the required hours
