Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems with the facility. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the systems to minimize operation downtime within the facility.
cGMP Consulting is looking for an individual who is efficient comfortable working independently and whowill handle multiple projects and priorities work with tight deadlines address high priority requests and effectively lead and manage multiple projects to ideal candidate for this job is resourceful independent organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the operation of all HVAC systems within the facility.
- Develop implement and/or maintain maintenance plans for HVAC equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify and address any potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems with HVAC systems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to HVAC systems.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to address ay issues or concerns related to HVAC systems.
Position skills and requirements:
- Minimum 4-year degree in an Engineering field of study; or equivalent experience.
- 2-4years experience in a GMP manufacturing environment HVAC systems and writing standard operating procedures. Familiar with regulatory (FDA) requirements.
- Understanding of equipment validation requirements and process.
- Strong organization and computer skills.
- Highly motivated and independent individual.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Superior organizational communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected pay range per year: $75000-$90000 USD
- Expected benefits include: Medical Dental Vision PTO 401K
