Were looking for someone curious detail-driven and ready to make a this role youll support the Manager Risk Business Partnering (Controls) to deliver key assurance activities within our control testing program helping to ensure were always operating with excellence.

Youll be joining a collaborative supportive team that has each others backs and values flexible working. Whether youre at home or in our vibrant Vero office youll find an environment where you can thrive.

Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Enhancing and uplifting 1LOD control outcomes reporting
  • Conducting timely and high-quality operational effectiveness testing
  • Supporting the Control Advisor with control design testing
  • Contributing to control uplift initiatives
  • Collaborating with Risk & Compliance teams to meet key deliverables
  • Assisting in broader risk activities aligned to our Risk Management Framework

What youll need to succeed:

  • 2 years experience in risk management within financial services or insurance (a bonus!)
  • Sharp attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders across the business
  • A genuine drive to learn grow and contribute
