As a Solutions Director for Sales & Marketing you will architect and guide major data & ai transformations in the Sales & Marketing domain for leading enterprises. This is a new and exciting strategic role at Datatonic operating at the intersection between cutting-edge technology and business impact. This is a part-billable and part pre-sales role where you will provide hands on guidance directly to CMOs CROs and their leadership teams. You will be instrumental in scaling out data & ai solutions including Customer Data Platforms AI Marketing Workbenches applied Generative AI and more.
Provide Strategic Advisory: Act as a hands-on advisor to CMO and CRO functions delivering discovery workshops/assessments business value frameworks strategic guidance and transformation roadmaps that lead to larger implementation programs.
Drive Solution Sales: Partner with sales to architect high-value solutions in the Sales & Marketing domain. Design and demonstrate clear use cases for AI and analytics incorporating own industry knowledge expertise and experience to drive innovation for our clients.
Champion the Innovation Hub: Spearhead the creation of new data and AI solutions partnering with internal Go-To-Market and Office of the CTO teams to build market-ready assets and solutions to be productised and taken to our enterprise clients.
Architect for Impact: Design and propose solution architectures delivery phases and commercial models tied directly to client revenue and marketing KPIs.
Own Commercial Success: Own solution bookings quota by building compelling business cases for customers that demonstrate clear ROI and secure complex deals with sales & tech leads.
Significant experience in:
Consulting solution architecture or technical pre-sales with a clear focus on enterprise sales and marketing functions or
Proven track record from industry (e.g. CMO or VP Marketing scale ups) transforming sales & marketing functions with cutting-edge Data & AI technology.
Deep proficiency across the enterprise Martech and/or Adtech stack (e.g. CDPs CRMs Marketing Automation) experinced in both B2B and B2C industries.
Exceptional ability to translate complex data and AI concepts into value-driven narratives for C-suite stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of contributing to or owning pre-sales KPIs and sales quotas.
Proven success facilitating senior client workshops and building trusted advisor relationships.
Ability to thrive and collaborate effectively in a global distributed team environment.
