Idaho Power located in vibrant Boise Idaho is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our Corporate Services & Communications team. Its an exciting time to work for Idaho Power. While this position is based at Idaho Powers downtown Boise location we offer both flexible schedules and the opportunity to work up to 40% remote.
What does a Communications Coordinator do for us
The Communications Coordinator supports the companys digital content customer education initiatives and employee communications to enhance internal and external understanding engagement and satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with Corporate Communications staff leaders and subject matter experts to coordinate clear accessible and engaging materials that help customers and employees make informed decisions and better understand the complexities of our addition to coordinating processes that keep the departments digital content and communication channels running smoothly the Communications Coordinator creates educational and promotional content across platforms such as the website email campaigns social media and event materials. Under minimal supervision they provide specialized communications and content development support for one or more departments or subject areas.

This position requires working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time.
