Job Description

Job Description Summary
Student House Manage for production and academic tech rehearsals and performances in the College of Performing Arts Venues.

Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to: Assist performers in hosting event Open and close doors of lobby Interact with patrons CoPA students the CoPA Patron Services Coordinator and CoPA Faculty Maintain audience safety standards before during and after each performance Manage venue cleanliness and contacting janitorial team when necessary May be required to lift up to 25lbs Filling out and submitting end of night House Manger Report Manage student usher team performance which includes: Hosting pre-show meeting taking attendance distributing assignments and going over any updates Ensuring all tickets are scanned properly Aiding in managing and escalated patron issues as they pertain to seating Emergency preparedness Communicating relevant information to the production team and CoPA Patron Services Coordinator

Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
