Job Description
My client a high-end independent workshop in the Cranleigh area is looking for a skilled technician to join their workshop team. If you are an experienced automotive technician looking for a great career move and want to work in a structured environment with a skilled team and all the latest kit this could be the one you have been waiting for! Responsibilities
- In-depth mechanical and diagnostic work
- Fault finding
- Mentoring junior team members
- Work with management team
Qualifications
- NVQ 3 or equivalent
- 5 years post apprenticeship experience
- Great diagnostic & fault finding skills
- Experience of a variety of brands helpful
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary 40 - 45k
- Achievable bonus - 6 - 8kpa
- 8am 5pm M-F 1 in 4 Sats 830-1
- Ongoing training available
