Job Objective
Assist in providing behavioral support to students by collaborating with building staff and teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent with a bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- Possess a valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and team-based behavioral support to students to improve their engagement and academic success.
- Help de-escalate behavioral issues and recommend strategies and interventions.
- Encourage critical thinking empathy and responsible choices in students.
- Collaborate with educational teams to identify the best teaching techniques and resources for students.
- Maintain open communication with staff and act as a reliable resource.
- Uphold professional standards confidentiality and high ethical conduct.
- Stay current with professional standards and technological skills.
