Job Summary

Reports to: Assigned administrator/supervisor

Job Objective

Assist in providing behavioral support to students by collaborating with building staff and teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent with a bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
Possess a valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit.
Ability to travel to multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and team-based behavioral support to students to improve their engagement and academic success.
Help de-escalate behavioral issues and recommend strategies and interventions.
Encourage critical thinking empathy and responsible choices in students.
Collaborate with educational teams to identify the best teaching techniques and resources for students.
Maintain open communication with staff and act as a reliable resource.
Uphold professional standards confidentiality and high ethical conduct.
Stay current with professional standards and technological skills.

General Requirements
