The role
Working with the Group Head of Reward youll deliver core reward processes provide market data-driven insights on compensation and benefits and support projects to further align our approach globally. Your work will directly influence how we recognise and reward our people.
How youll make impact
Deliver key annual processes: salary review profit share payout pay gap analysis salary surveys benchmarking salary band design.
Benchmark and analyse market trends.
Provide data reporting and insights to guide business decisions.
Support projects business engagement and communications.
Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and internal standards.
Whats important to us
Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
Accuracy attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data.
Collaborative team player with great communication skills.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices; Workday experience a plus.
Proven experience in a reward role within an international business (professional services/tech desirable).
Degree or qualification in business finance or HR is a bonus.
Fluent English written and spoken
