If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career as an Apprentice Parts Advisor in a well-established main dealer!
As an Apprentice Parts Advisor you will embark on a comprehensive training program that blends hands-on experience with structured learning. You will work closely with our experienced Parts Advisors gaining a deep understanding of parts operations inventory management customer service and technical knowledge.
This role will provide you with a solid foundation to excel in the automotive industry and prepare you for a rewarding career as a Parts Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Learn to identify and locate automotive parts based on customer inquiries and vehicle specifications.
- Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure timely and accurate part orders.
- Develop technical knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- An interest in a career in the motor trade
- Good customer service skills
Salary and Benefits
- Wage DOE & age
- Mon Fri 08:00 17:00 overtime for Saturday work
