If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to kickstart your career as an Apprentice Parts Advisor in a well-established main dealer!

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor you will embark on a comprehensive training program that blends hands-on experience with structured learning. You will work closely with our experienced Parts Advisors gaining a deep understanding of parts operations inventory management customer service and technical knowledge.

This role will provide you with a solid foundation to excel in the automotive industry and prepare you for a rewarding career as a Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities

Learn to identify and locate automotive parts based on customer inquiries and vehicle specifications.
Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure timely and accurate part orders.
Develop technical knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

An interest in a career in the motor trade
Good customer service skills

Salary and Benefits

Wage DOE & age
Mon Fri 08:00 17:00 overtime for Saturday work
