Cascade AIDS Projectin SW Washington is excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Housing Navigator. The SW WA Housing Navigator works with the staff and management of Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) to provide high-quality coordinated strengths-based social services consistent with the agencys mission. The individual works CAPs SW Washington Housing and Supportive Services team across the four-county service area to support clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and experiencing housing insecurity to navigate various housing systems as well as maintain a small caseload of clients currently engaged in our Housing Program.
This is a Full-Time (32 Hours a week)role working at our Vancouver location in SW Washington. The schedule for this role is a Hybrid Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm with three days in office one day working from home.
Starting pay is $29.18 an hour which is equivalent to just over $48547. The Housing Navigator Pay increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $33.99. This is a union represented position so the compensation benefits and conditions of work are collectively start date for this position is October 20th 2025
