We are looking for an experienced dynamic Leasing Agentpreferably with OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus!

These are premiere apartment communities in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas with a design construction and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-qality lifestyle for their residents.
Position Requirements:
- LIHTC experience preferred
- Show and lease apartments
- Administrative duties
- Proper execution of policies and procedures
- Achieve resident satisfaction through communication responsiveness to needs and professionalism.
- Some experience with Section 42 property management
- Strong communication/computer skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional Appearance
- Ability to work well with managers and other personnel
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
Salary:
$17.00 /hour
