What youll do:

Lead people confidently authentically and powerfully into worship
Lead worship services weekly. To include but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs debriefing weekends and providing feedback
Develop build and guard worship culture at the Forney campus
Establish and maintain the excellence of the environment
Shepherd worship volunteers through pastoral care
Spot recruit onboard develop worship volunteers
Be available for leading planning and participating in special events
Lead & develop the student worship teams with the goal of raising up the next generation of worship leaders and musicians
Other duties as assigned by the Campus Pastor

Skills & Experience youve had:

5 years of staff worship leadership experience
Leadership skills (including the ability to recruit and develop) preferred
Creativity and a strong work ethic
Commitment to excellence
Highly proficient vocal
Musical talent may include but not limited to: instrumental songwriting ability to sing and coach harmonies
Strong communication skills on and off the stage
Basic understanding of music theory
Basic abilities in DAW (Ableton ProTools Logic etc.)
Band leadership and musical development
