Job Summary
Location:
Charlestown by Erickson Senior LivingOur Senior Pastor implements the ministries program which focuses on the spiritual life of a Protestant faith community within an Erickson Senior Living Community. Meets the religious and/or programmatic needs of Community residents within their specific faith tradition.

- Compensation: Commensurate with experience from $55000 - $75000 annually. This position will include a separate housing allowance.
How you will make an impact
- Participate in educational departmental and/or community programs and support groups.
- Conducts liturgical services.
- Shares in the ministry of caring for the physical spiritual and emotional needs of the patients their families and the staff.
- Provides religious counseling and supportive care and guidance.
What you will need
This position is full-time including Sundays evenings and weekends.
Minimum of 5 years pastoral ministry experience; experience working with seniors a plus.
Ordination licensure or certification in the specific denomination.
