As an Infrastructure Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset & Wealth Management youutilize strong knowledge of software applications and technical processes within the infrastructure engineering discipline. Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies across multiple applications of moderate scope.
Job responsibilities
- Apply technical knowledge to projects of moderate scope.
- Design and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cloud architecture.
- Automate provisioning and management of cloud resources.
- Support standard capacity process applications.
- Identify potential capacity risks with application and infrastructure teams.
- Make significant decisions for projects with multiple technologies.
- Contribute to a team culture of diversity and inclusion.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification onInfrastructure engineeringconcepts and 3 years applied experience
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure cloud services.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform ARM templates or Bicep.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash.
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Azure certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
