Built on the site of the former Wells Fargo bank branch damaged during the 2020 civil unrest this six-story building stands as a symbol of healing resilience and opportunity. The Simpson Community Shelter and Apartments in South Minneapolis is a modern low-barrier facility designed to provide both emergency shelter and permanent housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. Featuring 72 shelter beds and 42 affordable housing units the development offers enriched on-site services including a commercial kitchen healthcare clinic and dedicated spaces for service providers. Built on the site of the former Simpson United Methodist Church the facility honors a legacy of community care while fostering dignity stability and long-term housing success. With geothermal heating cooling and a rooftop solar array it also reflects a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Position Summary
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the daily operations of affordable housing properties. This includes leasing compliance resident relations financial tracking and property upkeep.
