SoarTechs Contracts department is seeking afull time Contracts Specialist who is interested in helping support the management of our research development and implementation of this exciting technology into everyday operations. The Contracts Specialist will support the full lifecycle of government state and commercial contracts at SoarTech working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. This role involves managing contracts from proposal through close-out including cost and price analysis negotiations performance monitoring and risk management. The position requires a solid understanding of FAR/DFARS strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to interpret complex contract language. With three or more years of relevant experience the Contracts Specialist will handle non-routine moderately complex contracts requiring independent judgment and problem-solving while working under the guidance of the Director of Contracts.
