Job Description
As a Pharmacy Senior Shipping Technician you will be responsible for and monitoring of workflow amd rework requests to ensure assigned work is completed timely and accurately.
Work Schedule: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Sunday to Wednesday
ON-SITE IN HQ3 - Technology Center - 4600 North Hanley
How youll make a difference:
Be a superstar in the eyes of your team and the end patient: Coordinate and monitor daily workflow in the pharmacy. Cross trained in multiple areas while maintaining proficiency and accuracy
Use your expert problem solving skills to help our patients be at their best every day: Work with a skilled team in a temperature controlled warehouse environment to ensure patients get the medication they need in a timely manner.
Create new knowledge with our systems and new relationships with your peers: Youll start with training but youre not doing it alone. Youll enjoy a supportive environment with your peers and other teams who want you to succeed.
What you should have:
Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician
High School Diploma / GED required a bachelors degree is preferred.
Basic math skills and General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office use of the internet and email is required
Displays self-motivation and takes initiative to accomplish goals
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Strong attention to detail accuracy and quality
Warehouse and forklift experience is a plus but will traing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision
Ability to self-direct multi-task be accountable approachable and organized
Knowledge of standard concepts practices and procedures within dispensing pharmacy.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment learn quickly troubleshoot problems and make decision
