Our private orthodontic office in Phoenix AZ is seeking a talented Treatment Coordinator to join our established fun and patient-focused practice.
We are looking for someone who is professional personable and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our patients and their families. This role is key in guiding patients through their orthodontic journeyfrom the initial consultation to helping them understand treatment options and financial arrangements.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Thursday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday hours vary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure alignment with referring dentists
- Foster relationships with every new patient as well as referring dentists
- Tracking all new patients and following up with pending patients
- Maintain a certain conversion rate (75-85%)
- Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance and submitting pre-estimates
- Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance at all times
- Assist in the collection of payments
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Provide administrative support to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Scan with Itero for every new patient (new patient records)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an orthodontic office preferably with treatment coordinating
- Familiarity with insurance processes and writing contracts
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
