Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst (BA) with strong experience in data analysis and reporting to join our Cognos reporting team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders Cognos developers and QA teams to gather requirements analyze existing reports and support the development of consolidated and optimized reporting Responsibilities:Collaborate with business users to gather document and validate reporting existing Cognos reports and identify opportunities for consolidation and business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development the design and testing of new or enhanced reports and communication between business stakeholders and technical in data validation UAT coordination and issue documentation for reporting processes data definitions and report Skills and Experience:5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data/reporting understanding of IBM Cognos reporting tools and data to interpret and analyze complex data sets and reporting working on reporting enhancement or migration in writing BRDs FRDs and user with SQL and data querying for validation and communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
