Maintenance Technician 2nd ShiftLocation: Insert Location Schedule: Training: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (68 weeks) Permanent Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM Pay: $20$23/hour (based on experience) Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. No major experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in industrial maintenance and contribute to a fast-paced production environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks such as greasing machines and changing filtersTroubleshoot and repair equipment as neededAssist with preventative maintenance and basic mechanical fixesMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow safety protocols and company proceduresTraining PeriodInitial training will take place during daytime hours (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) for 68 weeksAfter training the technician will transition to their permanent 2nd shift schedule (2:00 PM 10:30 PM)QualificationsMechanical aptitude or interest in maintenance workAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPrevious maintenance experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to learn and grow within the role
