Job Summary
Job Title: Sport Shop Valley Supervisor
Type of Position: Full-time Seasonal
Schedule: Minimum 40 hours per week. Must be available weekends and holidays.
Pay: $24.00 an hour

Summary
Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of daily operations sales associates and ski techs in the sport shops. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Supervising sales associates and ski techs of all daily responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service.
- Cash handling auditing reporting transferring merchandise inventory.
- Stocking folding merchandising sales floor and back stock areas.
- Reports to management and buyers on product inventory levels.
- Cleans shelves counters and helps maintain cleanliness of the entire store.
- Snow removal around exterior of the store
- Past retail or customer service experience is required.
- A passion for skiing or snowboarding.
- Previous cash handling experience required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. up a flight of stairs at altitude.
