About the Role
Were looking for an individual to be a strong attention to detail to join our team as Associate Licensing- Registration this role you will ensure all vehicle registrations are renewed accurately on time and in compliance with state and local requirements. This role is accountable for minimizing risk of penalties or service disruptions by maintaining up-to-date records processing renewals efficiently and supporting clients and internal teams with licensing inquiries. Ultimately the position ensures smooth fleet operations and compliance for Element and its clients.
What Youll Do
Registration Renewal Processing & Portfolio Management
Manage and follow up on open renewals/transactions to ensure completion prior to expiration for assigned state portfolio.
Accurately process renewals in compliance with state provincial and local requirements.
Collaboration Communication & Team Support
Communicate effectively with clients drivers suppliers and internal partners to ensure renewal completion.
Share knowledge and assist fellow team members when needed.
Research & Issue Resolution
Complete research and resolve issues that impact successful vehicle registration.
Partner with internal teams suppliers and state agencies to address roadblocks.
Transaction Processing & Record Management
Communicate effectively with clients drivers suppliers and internal partners to ensure renewal completion.
Provide clear updates and guidance on registration-related inquiries.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED;
Client support experience
12 years of experience in administrative operations or licensing/registration support roles required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrate superior organizational skills the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
24 year Degree in Business BSBA preferred.
Experience in Claim Operations and Client Services Skill Set Actions preferred
Experience in fleet management motor vehicle services or regulatory compliance environment preferred
Prior experience working with state agencies suppliers or client service environments a plus.
Location- Owings Mills MD
The base salary range for this position is $46800- 64400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
