Position Overview:
We are seeking a proficient ITGC Process Monitoring Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an ITGC Process Monitoring Consultant at Exotel you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our IT General Controls (ITGC). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor assess and enhance our IT processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust ITGC frameworks and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX) and industry standards.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
Monitor and analyze ITGC controls processes and systems to detect anomalies vulnerabilities or non-compliance issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement remediation plans and corrective actions to address identified issues.
Provide guidance and support to teams across the organization on ITGC best practices policies and procedures.
Stay updated on emerging technologies regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. (Masters degree preferred)
Professional certification such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent is highly desirable.
3 minimum years and maximum 5 years of experience in IT audit process monitoring or ITGC consulting preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT) and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001 GDPR PCI-DSS).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
