Job Summary

Help When You Need It is a short-term service supporting people who are neurodiverse including those with ASD ADHD and/or have a Learning Disability. Most peoples support will last around 12 weeks with a maximum of 6 months.

Youll provide support that sees peoples potential.
Youll find creative approaches to support for example through phone or assistive technology.
Youll connect with people quickly and feel confident signposting to other groups and services.
You may also be involved in drop ins and some social hubs.
You should know Bristol well be happy to travel and enjoy working closely with people in their communities.
