Job Summary
Junior Structural Engineer - Buildings - Full-time
Location:Brookfield WI
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering is required Master of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Three (3) plus years of structural design experience including various building systems and materials
Engineer In Training certification is required with a desire to obtain a Professional Engineer license
Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs including RISA 3D and RAM Structural System. Revit experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently
Job Description
Perform structural design of various building projects. This includes the development of design documents calculations specifications and construction administration
Design structural systems of cast-in-place and post-tensioned concrete structural steel masonry and wood framing for a variety of healthcare commercial industrial multi-family residential mixed-use and institutional buildings.
