Your tasks :
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing ML team and strengthen our Conversational AI Squad a group dedicated to creating Agentic AI use-cases that unlock the full potential of the DiliTrust suite through advanced intelligent conversational interfaces.
In this role you will work at the intersection of applied research and production-grade engineering - designing developing and deploying scalable ML systems that power real-world features.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists backend engineers and product managers to bring generative AI capabilities into our core products.
Youll contribute across two main areas:
1 - Advance Our Internal AI Capabilities:
- Conduct applied research to push our internal state-of-the-art in generative and semantic AI.
- Design and maintain fine-tuning pipelines for LLMs leveraging RLHF GRPO and domain-specific optimization techniques.
- Develop robust reusable components and pipelines for experimentation training evaluation and deployment.
2 - Design & Implement Agentic AI Use-Cases
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to conceive prototype and deploy AI agents that deliver tangible value across product modules (e.g. contract analysis board meeting preparation cross-module reporting)
- Implement scalable model serving and deployment strategies for production environments.
- Benchmark monitor and iteratively improve agent performance through systematic evaluation
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering for production use cases.
- Strong background in NLP RLHF or model optimization techniques.
- Skilled in building and maintaining ML pipelines in Python with modern frameworks (e.g. vLLM Autogen LangChain ADK).
- Familiarity with CI/CD MLOps best practices and testing strategies for ML systems.

- MLOps & Deployment: Model serving with vLLM torchserve and FastAPI CI/CD for ML containerized workflows with Docker orchestration via Kubernetes / CloudRun
