Job Description

Were recruiting for a respected law firm in West Palm Beach thats looking to add a skilled Litigation Paralegal to their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-stakes legal environments and knows how to keep litigation moving forward with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation including case management and trial prep

  • Draft edit and electronically file legal documents in compliance with court rules

  • Organize and analyze case data using eDiscovery platforms (Relativity Trial Director)

  • Prepare exhibits and case materials for depositions mediations and arbitration

  • Track deadlines and proactively ensure required actions are completed

  • Review format and proofread documents for accuracy and legal compliance

  • Maintain excellent communication with internal legal teams and court personnel

What Youll Bring:

  • At least 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or similar legal setting

  • Strong working knowledge of Relativity Trial Director and Microsoft Office

  • Exceptional attention to detail time management and multitasking skills

  • Clear professional communicationwritten and verbal

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certificate a plus
