Core Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs including HVAC electrical plumbing and general building systems.
- Help maintain clean safe and operational service areas showrooms and office spaces.
- Perform minor cosmetic repairs including paint touch ups drywall repairs etc.
- Maintain organization of maintenance areas and supplies.
- Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 year of general maintenance or handyman experience required.
- Basic knowledge of tools building systems and repair techniques.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and thorough workmanship.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
This is a full-time position offering a Monday Friday schedule; some weekends may be required on an as needed basis. This role is responsible for all dealership maintenance tasks and requires working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
