Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate - Full-time
Location:New York Washington D.C and California 94041
Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
Must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working
Superior academic credentials
Excellent oral written and interpersonal skills
Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies

Working on technology mergers and acquisitions
Effecting significant acquisition programs for leading serial acquirers
