Job Description

Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate - Full-time

Location:New York Washington D.C and California 94041

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm

  • Must be an active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working

  • Superior academic credentials

  • Excellent oral written and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies

  • CA bar

Job Description

  • Providing services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development

  • Working on technology mergers and acquisitions

  • Effecting significant acquisition programs for leading serial acquirers

  • Assisting in successful strategic exits for prominent unicorns
