Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time and part time administrative assistant/customer service to support our office in day-to-day analyze and audit financial data/invoices to evaluate trends and ensure contract compliance. Coordinates and prepares communications for Maintenance personnel. Provides part support and feedback to GE. Work with facility and Maintenance reps to facilitate office management responsibilities. Evaluate expense variances for regular business reviews. Audit/analyze financial data to ensure accurate invoicing. Maintain operational and non-operational accounting ledgers. Develop and support program presentations for on-site manager. Develop/maintain spreadsheets/workbooks to support facility financial planning decisions. Organize part reports to prioritize by need-by-dates. Monitor allocated inventory levels. Review and resolve discrepancies on the In Transit Reports and receive any parts into WINGS Reviews backorders and vendor supplied parts. Perform various office managerial duties in support of on-site Reps and Manager .
