Job Summary
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You plan implement and optimize production processes with a focus on carbon fiber winding and composite manufacturing.
- You manage projects to transfer new products from development to series production.
- You develop workflows fixtures and test equipmentfor new and existing production lines.
- You ensure the necessary infrastructure and documentation for our production processes.
- You will work closely with the quality team and developmentto ensure that requirements are transferred to production in a clear and concise manner
- You will analyze production figuresidentify potential for optimization and implement improvements in line with lean principles
YOUR PROFILE
- Education & backgroundYouve completed degree in mechanical engineering production engineering materials engineering or comparable qualification.
- Professional experiencein production process development or work preparation ideally in the aerospace.
- Knowledge of fiber composite processing; experience with winding processes is a plus.
- Structured practical and independent way of working with a strong awareness of quality.
- Enthusiasm for process optimization and a high level of technical understanding.
- Communication and negotiation skills You are confident in German and English both written and spoken.
