Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $44 per hour
Shift: 12-hour shifts 36 hours per week

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Active LPN license (Arizona or Compact State)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments safely and promptly following all regulations and facility policies
Accurately document and communicate patient care and condition to the interdisciplinary team
Perform resident assessments complete incident and infection control reports and support QAPI initiatives
Supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care and compliance with procedures
Assist in resolving workplace issues and participate in staff training and development
Advocate for residents rights preferences and care directives
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients families and staff
Conduct ongoing assessments update care plans and report findings to physicians as needed
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
