Location: Phoenix AZ
Salary: $50000$55000l
Schedule: Full-time In-office for 30 days then hybrid (12 days in office weekly)
Were hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor with strong experience in FHA and VA loans to join a growing team in Phoenix. This is a full-time position with long-term stability and a collaborative work environment.
Position Overview:
In this role youll process a high volume of government loan files working closely with borrowers escrow officers and internal team members. Were looking for someone with a solid understanding of FHA and VA guidelines who can manage files independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process FHA and VA loan files from start to finish
Gather and review borrower documentation
Submit complete and accurate files to underwriting
Ensure compliance with all applicable loan guidelines and timelines
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of recent mortgage processing experience
Strong working knowledge of FHA and VA loan programs
Broker background preferred
Will consider mortgage bankers with strong qualifications
Bank processors will not be considered
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
