Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with strong expertise in Clinical Prior Authorization to design deliver and evaluate training programs for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in clinical prior authorization initiations and follow-up processes along with proven ability to handle training batches effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on Clinical Prior Authorization processes including initiations and follow-ups.
- Manage and deliver training batches specifically focused on Clinical Prior Authorization.
- Ensure trainees successfully clear the Prior Authorization assessment with at least 80% pass score.
- Provide ongoing coaching mentoring and performance support to team members.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and close knowledge gaps.
- Maintain training documentation reports and feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 23 years of work experience in Clinical Prior Authorization processes.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the same domain.
- Strong domain knowledge of the US Healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication teaching and coaching skills.
- Ability to engage motivate and develop employees through structured training programs.
