We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Fixed term Contract - 6 months) to take the lead to expand Workatos marketing programs across field partner and customer marketing especially the WoW event (World of Workato) in the ANZ region. Reporting to the APJ Senior Marketing Director this person will be responsible for the strategy and execution of high-impact marketing programs to generate pipeline awareness and deal acceleration. You will also be responsible to:
Play a crucial role in WoW Sydney 2025
Support the overall marketing strategy and execution for the ANZ market.
Research and identify industry-leading third-party programs to drive new logos thought leadership and brand awareness. While developing new and innovative ways to reach our target audience through solution-focused content and programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing Design Sales Customer Success) to ensure messaging and marketing deliverables are executed according to strategy.
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
7 years B2B software/technology partner or field marketing experience.
Experience in handling large events. 1000 ppl.
Preferably experience in marketing to IT
Ability to travel occasionally when travel permits.
Preferably someone who has experience managing a team
Knowledge of Marketo Salesforce and other MarTech is preferred
Exceptional level of attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-stress situations with a make it happen attitude.
Team-oriented high energy excellent interpersonal skills and strong cross-collaborator
