Job Summary
Cordia Resources is seeking a Junior Accountant to support our government contracting client. This role will provide hands-on support in accounts payable reconciliations and audit preparation ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail a collaborative mindset and a solid foundation in accounting principles.

- Process and manage accounts payable transactions
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with audit preparation and support documentation requests
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and support month-end close activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
- 1 years of accounting experience required
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
