MELE Associates Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Technical Management Consultant to support the Office of Stockpile Sustainment (OSS) NA-12. The OSS maintains and enhances the safety reliability and performance of the US nuclear weapon stockpile. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Functions:
- Monitor Program and Project Execution and Schedule including those assigned by sites.
- Participate in Planning Programming Budgeting and Evaluation (PPB&E) for current programs new projects following phase 6 and follow on projects assigned by sites.
- Track Budget Variances.
- Act as subject matter expert to inform key strategic decisions made by the Strategic Material FPM.
- Understand interpret and inform on the CD process and milestones.
- Participate in site reviews and Product Realization Teams.
- Give guidance and perspective on site procedures to federal programmatic staff.
- Conduct cost technical human resource schedule and resource allocation analysis.
- Conduct surveys and other special studies to identify gaps in human or technical resources.
- Identify requirements interfaces and integration issues and provide recommended resolutions based on sound engineering rationale supported by thorough and comprehensive analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience leading large teams and managing multiple projects
- Superior communication organizational interpersonal and writing skills.
- Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in business administration or PMP certification
- Experience with DOE/NNSA
This position is contingent upon contract award.
LOCATION: This is a full-time position in Washington DC 20585 or Albuquerque NM 87123 USA
SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data internal equity and the candidates related knowledge skills and abilities for the position.
