Position overview
We are looking for a skilled Digital Content Editor to join our CX Delivery Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage create and edit digital content using Optimizely with a focus on enhancing user experience across various digital platforms. This position will interact closely with designers developers marketing teams and web delivery teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards SEO principles and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Utilize Content Management System tools (CMS) like Optimizely to create edit and manage content for both Business as Usual (BAU) and project-based initiatives from category and corporate teams.
Work closely with designers and developers to ensure content integration is seamless visually appealing and functional. Coordinate with marketing and web delivery teams to align content with campaign goals and web development projects.
Review and edit content for accuracy clarity and compliance with brand guidelines. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
Assist in the planning and execution of web content strategies including A/B testing content audits and updates.
Maintain proficiency in Optimizely CMS understanding its features for content personalization segmentation and analytics.
Use content performance metrics to inform content strategy suggesting improvements based on user behavior and KPIs.
Update and maintain documentation for content management processes and style guides.
Key requirements
Essential:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in digital content edition and CMS or websites content administration for digital agencies or global companies (not editorials).
Proven experience with Content Management System tools (CMS) like Optimizely Drupal Wordpress or similar tools (Mandatory).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 and above).
Experience in a fast-paced project-driven environment where deadlines are critical.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with HTML and basic web design principles to make content adjustments and troubleshoot issues within the CMS.
Experience with multimedia content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) for designing graphics and other visual content.
Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Asana Trello JIRA) to manage content projects track progress and communicate with team members.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Creative problem-solving mindset.
Previous working experience in agencies or startups is highly appreciated.
