Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for licensed outpatient therapy positions.
- Report on hiring outcomes recruitment marketing campaigns and other key metrics.
- Lead weekly meetings with operational leadership to review progress and align on strategy.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Continuously enhance recruitment practices to improve outcomes and candidate experience.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for outpatient physical therapy centers.
- Facilitate partnerships with local therapy schools and attend hiring events.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
- Strong ability to develop multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Prior experience recruiting in therapy or healthcare settings.
