Job Summary
Interest List Specialist
As an Interest List Specialist you will be monitoring and coordinating Medicaid Waver Services You will have the daily responsibilities in contacting consumers/families/LARs primarily over the phone but may also be face-to-face to ensure the LIDDA has updated contact information for the consumer and that the records accurately reflect the interests of the consumer related to programs and services. This position operates according to the HHSC Performance Contract related to interest list maintenance and Texas Administrative Code guidelines. It follows the HHSC Interest List Manual and MHMRTC P&Ps related to the interest list. This position requires excellent customer service skills.
