- Responsibility - you are the link between the different departments of the hotel and ensure smooth cooperation. You are in close contact with your colleagues in the Central Support Office.
- Keeping an eye on the finances - you always have an eye on the budgets and you want to increase the revenues. The Finance and Revenue Management teams support you in this.
- Future strategies - you develop and strengthen the company in all areas
- Legal requirements - you are familiar with them and ensure effective processes
- Penta philosophy - this is what makes us special and you ensure that brand standards are maintained and that all teams internalise our policies and procedures
- Leadership requires care - you live this attitude and maintain a friendly relationship with your Penta colleagues

- Experience you have worked in a similar role already Then you are welcome
- University degree - you ideally have acquired this and in addition to this qualification you have knowledge of the hotel industry
