Specialist Software Engineer

What you will do and what we expect of you

Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will:

Duties: 1. Software application Dev/Ops on Amgens platform using Apex Visual Force and Lightning Web Components for Service B2B Commerce and experience cloud capabilities; 2. Develop and maintain customizations for solutions delivery utilizing Salesforce Service Commerce Experience Cloud platforms which are a customer service platforms designed to help organizations deliver superior customer support and improve customer satisfaction; 3. Work on MuleSoft integration platform to help businesses connect applications and services; 4. Use DocuSign and Conga platforms to securely sign send and manage documents online; 5. Configure and model the application based on the business requirements; 6. Build Service cloud capabilitiessetup accounts & contracts cases email-to-case and omni channel rules targeting business requirements; 7. Build B2B Commerce cloud capabilitiesset up products orders carts entitlements order status standard and custom objects per business requirements; 8. Lead the technical configuration of standard and custom objects developed experience cloud portal and API customization; 9. Formulate sound technical solutions to common Order to Cash cycle Distribution & Logistics business requirements; and 10. Communicate software and system designs using UML lucid chart or other modeling tools and software. May telecommute.

Requirements: Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field & 3 years of experience in the following:

1. Apex Visual Force and Lightning Web Components for Service B2B Commerce and experience cloud capabilities;

2. Apex SOQL Lighting Web Components JavaScript Visual Force AJAX HTML XML CSS Process Builders Flow Management Custom Settings Workflow Rules Triggers Data Loader Reports Dashboards REST APIs and SOAP Web Services;

3. Supply chain processes including order to cash distribution customer service and logistics;

4. Web services data modeling and enterprise application integration concepts - including experience with implementing Salesforce Integrations with MuleSoft Conga and DocuSign;

5. Service Cloud Case Management Email-To-cases Omni-Channel Knowledge base and Reporting and Analytics;

6. Manage change sets validate and track deployments managing environments using Copado tool;

7. Migration tools including Salesforce Copado and ANT Migration tool.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience and qualifications.
