POSITION SUMMARY
In this role you will act as a role model and expert for loaner kit processing. You will also oversee the preparation of products/services for our representatives and customers. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: train on the different product lines in preparation for on-call responsibilities; inspect products or materials for damage defects or shortages; clean and maintain supplies tools equipment and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations; examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects reporting any damage to supervisors; prepare product for scheduled surgeries; interact with the team during service level investigations; assist in FQMS compliance; maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors; use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory; support management in preparation for branch audits; process incoming orders for materials merchandise or services; inform customers of receipt shipping and delays; handle urgent requests; track inventory and maintain accurate records; review overdue shipment returns and partner with dispatcher to schedule the return; and assist with any other tasks when needed.
PAY STRUCTURE
$21.60 per hour Weekly Pay W-2 with no benefits
SHIFT DAYS & TIMES
Monday-Friday 7:00a - 4:00p (extended hours required when business needs call)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must live in Tulsa OK or a surrounding area within a reasonable driving distance.
- Must have high school diploma or GED (this will be verified). Associate degree is preferred.
- Must have a valid Drivers License with a good driving record.
- Must have 1 year of warehouse/inventory control experience
- Must have reliable transportation as attendance and punctuality is important.
- Must have the physical ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50lbs.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control roles (in a demanding and fast-paced environment is preferred)
- Must have good prioritization and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be attentive to details.
- Must be able to work autonomously and also effectively with a team.
- Must be a team player and professional in all settings.
- Must be on time dependable ethical and possess high integrity.
- Must be self-motivated a self-starter and a hard work ethic.
- Must possess adaptability and flexibility.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
