We advise international clients on the development of large-scale projects and on project-related disputes around the globe irrespective of the underlying jurisdictions or dispute resolution procedures. We also assist with investments in offshore wind projects and related financing. Our current focus is on Taiwan Poland and the United Kingdom as well as the United States Vietnam and South Korea. Clients appreciate our excellent legal and communication skills as well as our comprehensive knowledge of the technical economic and regulatory background and the various interfaces of projects of this nature and on this scale. We work with teams from many different countries in various time zones and exclusively in English. Our work is very international dynamic varied and in normal times travel-intensive.

Ideal qualifications and personal characteristics:

• Two German State Exams in Law (juristische Staatsexamen) passed with at least the grade of Fully Satisfactory (vollbefriedigend) or equivalent foreign qualifications (particularly Solicitor (UK) or similar)

• Several years of professional and negotiation experience

• Excellent English language skills

• Enthusiasm for challenging legal work combined with pragmatism and a realistic outlook

• Willingness to travel

• Interest in technical matters
